Our mission is to make science and astronomy accessible to everyone; this is our motto within the High Energy Physics and Astrophysics Club. We had the honor of receiving one of the awards presented for the best posters, through which we presented the goals and activities of our club, as well as the future projects that we have started working on.

Courte bio : Marie-Eve Naud est astrophysicienne et communicatrice scientifique canadienne qui travaille à l’Institut Trottier de recherche sur les exoplanètes, à l’Université de Montréal. Sa spécialité : les exoplanètes, ces planètes qui se trouvent au-delà de notre Système solaire. Elle se passionne en particulier pour la grande question : « Sommes-nous seuls dans l’univers? ». Souvent invitée à donner des présentations dans les classes, des conférences ou des entrevues dans les médias, elle profite de toutes les plateformes pour partager avec petits et grands le travail des astronomes et son émerveillement pour le ciel et la nature.

We are proud to host the Moroccan researcher Youssef Moulane from Auburn university (USA) in a special conference within the framework of the Oukaimeden international school of astrophysics, after the International Federation of Astronomers announced the naming of the asteroid 33903 as “Moulane” in honor of the efforts of this Moroccan scientist in the field of astronomy.
Dr. Youssef Moulane will present a lecture entitled “Defending the Earth: Detecting and deflecting potentially hazardous asteroids”.

مبادرة لإثراء محتوى الشبكات الاجتماعية واكتشاف علم الفلك
بسبب الحجر الصحي الذي فرضه فيروس COVID-19 المستجد، أطلق نادي فيزياء الطاقات العليا و الفيزياء الفلكية مبادرة Astro@Talk بشراكة مع مجموعة من الجمعيات المغاربية و العربية التي تهتم بالعلوم الفيزيائية وعلوم الفلك في كل من الجزائر، تونس، ليبيا، فلسطين، الاردن، مصر وكذلك الجمعية الفلكية العربية. تأتي هذه المبادرة في إطار نشر ثقافة علوم الفلك للرقي بالمستوى المعرفي والثقافي نظرا لما تعرفه هذه البلدان من ضعف في تكوين في هذا المجال على مستوى المدارس والجامعات. تهدف هذه المبادرة الى استضافة مجموعة من الباحثين من الدول العربية أو من الخارج، تقدم اغلب هذه المحاضرات باللغة العربية أو الانجليزية و في مواضيع متنوعة وذلك من اجل الوصول الى أكبر عدد من المستفيدين في هذه البلدان.
في إطار هذه المبادرة تبث مجموعة من المحاضرات الافتراضية على المباشر في صفحة النادي على الفيسبوك على مدار الأسبوع وطيلة فترة الحجر الصحي، وقد بلغ عدد المحاضرات التي قدمت إلى حد الآن أكثر من 30 محاضرة وذلك بشراكة مع جميع الجمعيات. كما تم تأطير مجموعة من النقاشات والندوات حول تبسيط العلوم و علوم الفلك مع مختلف النوادي و الجمعيات المغربية التي تهتم بهذا المجال وذلك في إطار إغناء المحتوى العلمي و المساهمة في تبسيط العلوم لتكون في متناول الجميع.
يهتم نادي فيزياء الطاقات العليا و الفيزياء الفلكية بنشر الثقافة العلمية و خاصة الفلكية منها من خلال أنشطة مختلفة في العديد من المؤسسات والمدارس بمختلف المدن و كدلك بالمجال القروي بالمغرب. تأسس النادي بكلية العلوم السملالية التابعة لجامعة القاضي عياض بمراكش سنة 2016 من طرف باحثين شباب و بمشاركة أساتذة بمختبر فيزياء الطاقات العالية والفيزياء الفلكية و بالمرصد الفلكي أوكايمدن.
مكنت هذه المبادرة العديد من متتبعي صفحة النادي وباقي صفحات الجمعيات المشاركة على الفيسبوك من اكتشاف علم الفلك، الفضاء، فيزياء الطاقات العليا و كذلك الكون الميكروسكوبي، لذلك لاقت هذه المبادرة استحسانا وتشجيعا من طرف المنظمات العالمية، مما دفع المزيد من الجمعيات التي تهتم بعلم الفلك في شمال إفريقيا والدول العربية إلى الانضمام الى هذه المبادرة لتنظيم المزيد من المحاضرات في الأيام والأشهر المقبلة.
INTERNATIONAL INTERDISCIPLINARY WORKSHOP ON LIGHT POLLUTION
The workshop is organized in the framework of a new project called Atlas Dark Sky Morocco (ADSM). The project is aiming the creation of a Dark Sky Reserve around the Oukaimeden observatory in Morocco. The reserve will cover a large area including the Toubkal National Park and the Oukaimeden observatory, With a radius of about 80 km, it will become the largest Dark Sky Reserve worldwide and the first in North Africa.
